Graduation cake for brother 2 weeks later.
Note to self: do not use whipped icing for the first time when attempting to decorate a cake.
Result: VERY soft icing.
At least you can compare the previous cake to see what it is supposed to look like, although that was soft icing as well. Maybe 3rd times the charm?
